Sri Lankan Water Polo team wins Silver

The Sri Lankan Water polo team which was led by Yahan Samarajeewa won silver at the Asia Pacific Water polo Tournament held in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Guam, Indonesia and Sri Lanka competed in the tournament which was conducted from the 18th to the 21st at the Kowloon Aquatic Center.
Before the finals, the Sri Lankan team was beaten in the 1st round before they managed to overcome Hong Kong in the 2nd. However, Hong Kong won the finals 8-9.
